Chili's® Clip for Kids
Every day, Kosair Children’s Hospital cares for kids with cancer. Our nationally recognized oncology staff fights alongside our youngest cancer patients and their families to provide care, hope and compassion. In order to work toward a cure and expand support for families, we need the help of our community. Here’s your chance!
The Children's Hospital Foundation is hosting the first-ever Chili's® Clip for Kids. This event challenges participants to raise funds in return for shaving, trimming or clipping their hair in solidarity with kids fighting cancer at Kosair Children’s Hospital.
You can host a Chili’s® Clip for Kids event at your school or church. For more information on how to get started contact Courtney Gatti at the Children’s Hospital Foundation or call (502) 629-8060.
Kids for Kids is a service learning initiative that provides the opportunity for elementary, middle school, high school and college students to participate in fundraising projects to support Kosair Children’s Hospital. Participants learn how rewarding it is to contribute to the local community and have fun helping other kids just like themselves!
We offer a variety of programs and ideas that we can customize to fit your school or organization. A representative from the Children’s Hospital Foundation will discuss your project ideas and, in most cases, can provide the following resources to help promote your efforts:
- Pledge envelopes
- Online fundraising Web page, initial set-up and troubleshooting
- Kids for Kids stickers or buttons (limit one per student and faculty member)
- "Just for Kids" balloon cutouts
- Prizes and recognition
If you would like more information for your school, PTA, club, athletic team or other group, contact Natalie Gupton at (502) 629-5238.

They plan special evenings and crafts for patients, as well as the planning and execution of other outside fundraising events.
Members are expected to commit to attend meetings once a month during the school year. These meetings are primarily held on Sunday afternoons. Members are also strongly encouraged to volunteer at events throughout the year.

Party for a Good Cause
Instead of presents at your next birthday party or other gift-giving celebration, ask friends and family to give donations to Kosair Children's Hospital. Prior to your event, the Children's Hospital Foundation can help you set up a personalized online fundraising page for the occasion. Donations can be designated for a specific part of the hospital or simply to the area of greatest need.
For those who prefer to donate items, please consult our current wish list. All items must be new and unwrapped. Opportunities to present your gift at Kosair Children's Hospital are available upon request.
Email Natalie Gupton to get started.
